With graduate & intern recruitment, businesses always tell their recruiters that they want more people just as the exams hit. This means that they either advertise straight away, risking that potential applicants either miss the adverts or prioristise their exams, or advertise in June, meaning that all the managers will be on holiday just when you want them to interview, assess & sign-off the job offers. So spare a thought for the graduate recruiters – it’s not all schmoozing and free lunches.
